We take extreme care in our packaging but in certain situations there may be some damage to the products.
In case the package shows signs of leakage or is showing obvious damage, we request you to not accept the package and return it to the courier agency immediately. Goods once accepted cannot be returned.
Please email us an image to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving damaged package so that we can take remedial steps.

For any reason if you wish to return or a refund needs to be initiated, we are happy to issue a store credit. Please note on account of hygiene reasons food products are not eligible for returns. If the products are damaged when it received, please let us know and we will take appropriate steps to solve the issue.
Refunds/Cancellations: Refund for returned products will be done within 5 to 7 business days. Refund can be either in the form of cash return or store credit.
